Ask Us What You Actually Need
Tell us where you are tax resident and what you are trying to do. You get a written reply within one business day with two or three options that fit, what each costs including the government fee, and what you would still have to report at home. It is free, and there is no obligation afterwards.
We are an advisory and introduction service, not a law firm, a bank or a tax adviser. Nothing here is legal or tax advice.
Tell Us What You Are Trying to Do
Six questions. Four of them take a second. The more precise you are about where you live and what the structure is for, the more useful the reply.
What Happens After You Press Send
Within one business day
A written reply from a person, not an autoresponder. If your situation is outside what we do, we say so here and point you somewhere better.
The reply itself
Two or three options that fit, what each costs including the government fee, roughly how long each takes, and what you would have to report at home.
If you want to talk
A call at a time you pick. No slide deck. Bring the awkward questions.
Only if you decide to proceed
We send a written scope and a fixed fee before any work starts. Nothing is chargeable until you agree it.
Who We Turn Away
Worth reading before you write to us, so neither of us wastes the exchange.
Anyone whose goal is to put money beyond the reach of a tax authority or a court. That is not what these structures do, and it is not work we take on.
Structures designed to move funds around sanctions or capital controls.
Anyone who wants a company but no reporting. Offshore companies are reportable in nearly every country of residence, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Cases needing a licensed local adviser we cannot introduce. We say so rather than take the fee.
Everything else is worth asking about, including the cases where the answer turns out to be that you do not need a company at all.
Before you write to us
What does the consultation cost?
Nothing, and there is no obligation afterwards. We answer your questions and tell you what the options cost. If you decide to go ahead, we send a written scope and a fixed fee before any work starts.
What happens to what I tell you?
It goes to the person who replies to you. We do not sell enquiry data, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your details with a registered agent or a bank until you ask us to.
Do I need to have decided on a jurisdiction?
No, and it is usually better if you have not. The jurisdiction is the last decision, not the first. What matters is where you are tax resident, what the structure is for, and who you need to bank with.
Will you tell me if I do not need a company at all?
Yes. It happens often enough that it is worth saying. Sometimes the honest answer is that an offshore structure adds cost and reporting without solving the problem you have.
