Write to Us and a Person Replies

Say what your message is about and it reaches whoever handles that, whether it is an engagement already running, an invoice, a partnership approach, a journalist on a deadline, or a request to delete what we hold on you. You get a written reply within one business day.

We are an advisory and introduction service, not a law firm, a bank or a tax adviser. Nothing here is legal or tax advice.

What Is Your Message About?

Four fields are required: what it is about, your name, your email, and the message. The rest only change how fast we can answer, so fill in what you have and leave the rest.

It decides who reads it. Pick the closest one.

We reply here. It does not go on a mailing list, because we do not have one.

Add it only if you would rather we called or messaged you. Otherwise we reply by email.

It sets the time zone if we call. On anything tax related it also changes the answer, so it is worth a word.

Specifics get specific answers. Dates, a jurisdiction, a number you were quoted, a bank that has already said no.

It changes nothing about your reply. It tells us which of our pages is doing any work.

A written reply within one business day. Your details are not sold, not added to a mailing list, and not passed to a registered agent or a bank until you ask us to.

After you send

What Happens to Your Message

  1. Within one business day

A written reply from the person who handles that kind of message. If your question needs a registry or a regulator checked first, we say so in the reply and give you a date.

  2. If the answer is already published

We send you the page and quote the part that answers you. Nobody should have to book a call to find out a government fee.

  3. If it is easier to talk

You pick the time. No slide deck, and no second person joining to close you.

Three Things This Form Is Slow For

Worth checking before you write, so you get an answer today rather than tomorrow.

A price for a structure you have in mind

The consultation form asks the four questions we would otherwise have to email you for, so the first reply already carries the numbers. It is free and there is no obligation after it.

Use the consultation form

Legal or tax advice for your situation

We are not a law firm, a bank, or a tax adviser. We can tell you what a structure costs, what the registry requires, and which reporting rules apply where you live. Anything past that needs a licensed adviser, and we will say so rather than answer it.

A jurisdiction or a licence you are still comparing

The comparison tables carry the government fee, the registry's own published timeline, and the current FATF and EU list status for each one. Reading them first makes your message to us a better one.

FAQ

Before You Write

How quickly will you reply?

Within one business day, Monday to Friday. If answering you properly means checking a registry fee schedule or a regulator's current guidance, the first reply says so and gives you a date rather than guessing at a number.

Should I use this form or the consultation form?

Use the consultation form if you want options for a structure, priced and compared. It asks where you are tax resident and what the structure is for, which is what makes a specific answer possible. Use this form for anything else: an engagement already running, an invoice, a partnership approach, press, a data request, or a complaint.

Is there a phone number?

Not a published one. Messages go through this form so that every request is logged and reaches the person who can actually answer it, instead of whoever happens to pick up. Leave a number and say you would rather talk, and we will call you.

What happens to what I send you?

It goes to the person who replies to you. We do not sell enquiry data, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your details with a registered agent or a bank until you ask us to. If you want what you sent deleted, choose the data protection option in the form and say so.

Can you answer a tax question about my own situation?

Not as advice. We can explain which reporting regimes apply to a structure, CRS and FATCA, controlled-foreign-company rules, the FBAR and Form 5471 duties on US persons, and India's FEMA and LRS rules, and we can tell you what a structure costs to run. Applying that to your return is work for a qualified adviser where you are resident, and we will tell you when you need one.
